Dieser Tag beginnt mit einem authentischen mexikanischen Frühstück in der Landschaft von Puerto Vallarta.
Handgemachte Tortillas, frisches gegrilltes Fleisch, Huevos Rancheros, A la Mexicana oder mit Chorizo, Topfkaffee mit Piloncillo und Zimt, frisch gepresster Orangensaft oder frisches Obstwasser sind nur einige der Optionen, die in einem beliebten Restaurant angeboten werden mitten im Feld.
Während der Fahrt nach San Sebastián del Oeste machten wir uns auf den Weg durch die Sierra Madre Occidental.
Nach dem Frühstück und einer halben Stunde Autofahrt machen wir Halt in einer alten Raicilla Moon Shine Distillery.

Este día comienza con un auténtico desayuno mexicano en el campo de Puerto Vallarta.
Tortillitas hechas a mano, carne fresca a la parrilla, huevos rancheros, a la mexicana o con chorizo, café de olla con piloncillo y canela, jugo de naranja fresco o agua de frutas frescas, son algunas de las opciones ofrecidas en un restaurante popular en medio del campo.
Durante el trayecto a San Sebastián del Oeste, nos abrimos paso por la Sierra Madre Occidental.
Después del desayuno y media hora en coche, nos detenemos en una antigua destilería de luna brillo de Raicilla.
Conozca los otros tipos de agave silvestre de los que está hecho este mezcal, junto con la posibilidad de probar alguna grappa casera.
Después de esa visita, manejaremos otra media hora para llegar a Silver Town que muestra un dramático cambio de fauna desde la selva tropical subtropical hasta la frescura de los robles y pinos.
Las calles originales de piedra y las tejas rojas nos invitan a caminar por los callejones y sentir la tranquilidad de la vida en el medio de la Sierra Madre mexicana.

Hacienda Alemana offers a quiet environment where you can relax surrounded by tropical vegetation, away from the noise of the city.
We have an exclusive area to cool off from the crowds. Our heated pool with solar panels has the necessary dimensions to relax the mind and body.
Likewise, you can enjoy the privacy of our terrace dressed with tropical orchids and details brought from the Mexican Maya Zone.
In addition to this pair of exclusive spaces for reading, conversation, de-stress or relaxation; we have for our guests a wide range of refreshing beverages, beers and dishes of European origin in our Restaurate and Biergarten also called Hacienda Alemana.
HOME MADE BREAKFAST
The Breakfast, prepared and served by the Familia de Hacienda Alemana, is included in the rate of our hotel, and is served every morning between 9 and 11 am in the common area next to the pool, under the shade of a lush mango tree decorated with vanilla orchids.
Besides yoghourt, granola, fresh fruit, honey, coffee, tea and orange juice, every morning a culinary surprise is prepared by your Host Irma.
The variety of possibilities is endless like her inspiration. Always looking for new flavors in the Mexican and International dishes to offer to her guest.
During breakfast or in the evenings, we are attentive to provide general transportation information, stores, excursions, restaurants and activities.
We also organize private excursions by sea or land, which are offered by an official tour guide.

The Banderas Bay is Mexico’s biggest bay (80 km) and the town of Puerto Vallarta, founded in XVI century.
Its inviting warm waters attract hundreds of humpback whales every Winter to give birth and to pair to their mates.
The tiny Marietas Islands and Los Arcos Islets are a heaven for marine bird species as seagulls, blue feet bubies, fragate birds, pelicans and more.

Take two days out of your beach vacation and let yourself go to the inland, where the Tequila legend started. Where the blue agaves sparks on the mountains around an awesome town, the smell invites you to sip the silver distillation of a legendary drink.
But don´t just think everything is about drinking on this trip!
This trip is enriched with archeological visits of the most important pre-Colombian religious centers from the Shaft Tumb Culture.
This trip has the advantage to be flexible in stops and timings.
Although we have a guideline; there are two routes available for your personal interests.
Both, with the purpose of sharing with you the ancient knowledge of the tequila distillation, have an approach to the ancestors of the region, and traditional gastronomic taste in colonial towns.

SAN SEBASTIAN DEL OESTE
Short view to an Silver Colonial Town
This day starts with an authentic Mexican breakfast in the countryside of Puerto Vallarta.
Hand made tortillas, fresh grilled beef, eggs “rancheros” style, Mexican coffee with cinnamon, all served in an open restaurant in the middle of the fields. This is what we will find before starting to drive up to the Sierra Madre Occidental (Western Sierra Madre) -) flora, fauna, geología, pueblos principales.
San Sebastián del Oeste, which is World Heritage named by the UNESCO on 2001, is 60 kilometers, or 37 miles away from Puerto Vallarta, towards the north east direction.
After breakfast and a half hour drive, we stop in an old moon shine Raicilla distillery.
Know the other types of wild agave that this mezcal is made of, along with the possibility to try some homemade grappa.
After that visit, we will drive another half hour to get to the Silver Town that shows a dramatic fauna change from subtropical rainforest, to the coolness of the oaks and pine trees.
Original Stone streets and red roof tiles invites us to walk into the alleys and feel the tranquility of life in the middle of the Mexican Sierra Madre.
This is an ancient town that keeps the nostalgia of the golden years of the mining activity between the XVIII and IXX Centuries. Do you like more adventure? Would you like to go further into the forest and visit the ancient mines? that is another option as well.
A break is a must to refresh, rest, and enjoy the beautiful plaza of San Sebastián del Oeste.
