Cancellation Policy:

- The Refund will be given 100% back when the Guest sends a written notification of the Cancellation with 60 Days in advance for Reservations. If the Cancelation is done in a shorter Period of 30 days, we’ll charge 50% of the whole Dates reserved. This Cancellation Policy applies for Reservations between the period of November until April.

- For Reservations dated from May until October, the Notification need to be done with 7 Days of advanced to be able to receive 100% Refund.
